Cricket Festival

On Tuesday 20 th May a group of Y6 children made the trip to Wellington Academy to participate in a cricket festival. On a gloriously sunny day the children battled through 6 scorching games, winning 5 and losing just once.

As a result for their hard work the team have been entered into the Wiltshire School Games.

As expected, the children behaved impeccably and showed a wonderful togetherness throughout all their games. The way they supported each other, willed each other on and celebrated as a team was wonderful to be a part of.
